Learning Contents: This second module on environmental archives aims at applying the gained knowledge for analyzing and understanding marine archives in context of a current topic in paleoenvironmental research in the format of a student project. This includes a practical in core description, application of various laboratory methods, evaluation and interpretation of gained data sets in context of the literature, and a report in the format of a research publication.
