Learning Contents:

Programming: The students learn how to use the programming language Python to read, process, plot and analyse data.


General studies compulsory course: The students have the free choice among several courses which will be announced on the website together with the regular study program. Typically this will be language courses or classes in management, business, philosophy, or art. Unfortunately, possible costs for certain classes are not covered and have to be paid by the students.

Learning Outcomes, Targeted Competencies:

The students will be able to program helpful tools for basic data analysis and data science, which can be applied to homework problems as well as research projects.
