The third semester teaches fundamentals of geology, geophysics, petrology and sedimentology along with practical applications. In the fourth through sixth semesters follows a specializations in three of eight electable geoscientific disciplines with a primarily terrestrial focus, supplemented by block courses in terrain, digital, and general skills. A four-week professional internship and six-week Bachelor thesis complete the study program.
