International Arctic Conference at the Geoscience Faculty

From March 16 to 21, the 10th International Conference on Arctic Margins (ICAM-X) will take place at the Department of Geosciences in Bremen. Around 130 guests from Germany and abroad are expected to attend. The ICAM is a scientific forum for research on the Arctic Ocean and the adjacent land areas. It was established to promote international scientific cooperation and collaboration in Arctic research. Originally focused on Geosciences, the conference now also covers social and political science topics. The ICAM will be opened on Monday, March 16 by the Senator for the Environment, Climate and Science, Kathrin Moosdorf, and the Rector of the University of Bremen, Jutta Günther.
