German Geophysical Society (DGG) meets March 5-9 at UB
Abstract submission deadline is January 27

The 83rd Annual Meeting of the German Geophysical Society (DGG) is again hosted by the University of Bremen this year - a good and convenient opportunity for all young and also not quite as young members of our faculty to inform themselves about the broad spectrum of geophysical research in and around Germany, to cultivate contacts and also to contribute their own conference contribution. Abstract submission is possible until January 27th.
What are the topics of this year´s DGG meeting? Key themes are marine natural hazards, renewable energies, changing polar regions, and the tectonics and dynamics of rift and spreading ridges. And of course, as always, there will be numerous sessions, talks and posters around all current working directions in geophysics.
